Add in the fact girls love Old South and their big name and you have the combo for a top house. Even if their quality of brothers declines some, which I attribute to them rushing kids and bidding too fast, they wont ever fall far unless they get hit with probation

Kappa Alpha Order - ΚΑ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 3.0 Top tier but for the wrong reasons. Their name is very big and they don't have much of anything to back it up with. They will fall at this rate, but I doubt anytime soon.

Simply don't deserve the "top tier" status at this school. I mean what do they do that makes them so good, hmm? People flock there due to old rep. Easily in the top 10, but top 5 no.
