Beta's reputation is gonna take a while to regain what they used to have. They lost most of their brothers so they are pretty much starting from scratch.

this respondent is underinformed. After a self-house cleaning in spring 2017 followed by many seniors deciding to go inactive, the chapter returned Fall 2017 with 75 actives and a strong pledge class numbering 24.

They used to be top 5 but have dropped down lately. They aren't up to par with Theta Chi or even Sigma Nu. They are definitely still top/middle though. They'll do better when probation ends.

throw great parties and date parties, get really into the social scene which is always fun, social probation hurt them though. pretty good looking guys tbh, fun to be around. brotherhood is probably not the best. also sga president last year was a beta so not bad. good house.

Used to be one of the best before nationals kicked them in the butt. For that, they're Top 5 by default because nobody else deserves it (sorry ATO). Beta is still a great name.

First off, no they are not about to get kicked off. They're just on probation. Secondly, all this hate (probably all from KA since they hate on everyone that's better than them) is unjustified. Beta is still a top fraternity at Auburn despite their recent troubles with the university.

They've seen better days and are currently on a harsh social probation, but they're a top fraternity nonetheless. Girls love them/lots of attractive brothers, parties are super fun (when not on probation), and nobody seems to have any problems with them. Downsides are their poor brotherhood, an aging house, and they're always in trouble with the University.

Awesome fraternity with solid guys and tight brotherhood but has lost some steam in the past couple years. Still give them top tier but need to recover numbers, new pledge class looks small. Think some guys who would've planned to rush them ended up rushing similar fraternities (lambda, sig ep, ato) but I hope to see them get back to normal soon.
