AEPI are cool guys but not that high. Below Sigma Nu and above Phi Delt. Phi Delt is not above any of the three sigmas.

Phi Delt are a joke. On their venue night they tried putting up a bad boy act by tipping over KSIGS letters. The next day when they got confronted by KSIG they literally got on their knees and blamed it on someone else. LMAO. Bunch of goobers. As for rankings why the hell do people say they are mid tier? Pi Kapp may have just started by I assure everyone that they are above Phi Delt. Beta is also way better at sports than Phi Delt.

Betas may not be as ragey as phi delt but at least they arent try hards. Phi delts act so douchey and think thats how they will get top house lol.

Why did I not see this sooner. I got used to seeing Phi Delt being self ranked as Mid tier for so long that I forgot about Beta. Beta definitely deserves to be above Phi Delt. Beta has improved so much and are real gentlemen. By no means do I think they are high caliber but they deserve to be lower Mid Tier instead than Phi Delt. Switch them.

The only thing I hear about Phi Delt if from this site? I hear from Beta in School. They perform well on sports, high GPA, and some people actually hear about their parties. They may not be a top house or best at anything but they arent haters and respect other fraternities. I know some guys from beta and they are gentlemen. Gentlemen don't go around bashing other fraternities in the hopes of people believing their lies. Agree with the numerous people above me. Beta is definitely above Phi Delt. Pi Kapp may be as well this upcoming year.

Phi delt is majoriy nice. Then their minority is super creepy douchey and self ranky. Beta and pi kapps are much more of gentlemen. Phi delt can make it higher in the ranks if they change their attitude.
