pike house?

I'm interested in rushing Pike but I want to know why they don't have a house? I feel like if they had a house, they would be a top house for sure.

Don't remember the reason why they don't have one anymore but they have a couple Newport/Irvine houses and a bunch of them live in ACC apartments so yeah
