Nonetheless upper tier. Guy belows obviously a FIJI or Beta which are a joke on campus. You will tend to see when you get on campus which house is top just by their presence, how they act, and the girls they hang out with. KSIG Phi PSI Sigma Pi SAE Pike all have that swag.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.3 Good parties, decent at sports. Lotta Alpha Phis and Tri delts like em. Really did work with rush this year because all their new members seem much more chill then their older ones. Still have to work on their philanthropy.

Who cares about "top house" just do your own thing. This site should be used to rank fraternities from GDI's only. It seems like each fraternity bashes the other lol.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.5 Their new pledge classes this past year are sick. I've heard that they had the largest fall pledge class. Way cooler dudes then their deuschy old guys. Id say Ksig and Phi Psi are still higher. But with Phi Psi in desperate need of a good pledge class this coming year, I'd say that they got a good chance at taking that spot.
