Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 3.6 They were one of the most active fraternities on campus this quarter. It's gonna take a lot more than that and consistency to move up more but they're for sure bottom of the middle tier They also need to improve pledge class next quarter.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.0 Don't get all the hate these guys get on here. Yeah, some of them are goobers but I think overall they've been improving being the new guys a couple of years ago. They're barely low middle imo, so nothing to cheer about since they're not anywhere near the best chapter on campus but they're not that bad.

Just because they're new and pose a threat to your frat doesn't mean you go around and try to give them a poor rep. Everyone belongs somewhere and if they get a certain type of guy good for them. At least they aren't joining a brotherhood of douchebags.
