Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 3.4 They throw constant parties and have the best looking guys. Brotherhood seems weak though and guys can be really pushy and douchey at parties. Mostly attractive guys but only some are friendly. Still top house though

Pike has never had a house at UCI and the parties in AV are just sweaty dorm kickbacks anyways😂

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 3.0 Guys are very much like creeps. Lots and lots of douches. Parties are okay but I don't like staying too long. Some good ones though, but the majority are meh. They are top tho.

Sure they can throw a good party (which says a lot for UCI), but this frat is still filled with morons. Also did anyone notice how a lot of people sent a review within the same day??? probably getting their new pledges to self-rate themselves. better luck next time

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Irvine - UCI 4.4 ok…they seriously need new music and like keep playing the same songs. and boys please clean your carpets (they nasty)! On the positive side the guys are all friendly and so funny! They even have like an actual greek guy ;) Their parties can get a little stuffy but that just makes it more fun
