Why is chio so bad ?

As a sorority girl not previously familiar with greek life at all, why does everyone hate on chio soo much? What makes them so terrible? I feel like all the sororities are pretty much the same. Is it really because theyre not all blonde white people? What makes a sorority good or bad, and what does it mean for the girls in the sorority?
