sig chi is dead but they’ll undoubtedly still be around meaning Signu finally gets to be #1 (lol). Theta chi knows how to party and consistently throws. Now that TKE has Russell house, they’ll be a lot more active. They’re kind of lowkey when compared to other tier 1 frats so they’re just below them. AEPI is fun but doesn’t throw too many opens, when they do it’s a good time, even if their dj plays some questionable songs at times. Fiji is right there with AEPI but needs time to grow as a relatively new chapter. Good location, good dj, and a few cute brothers. Phi Delt isn’t on frat row but the brothers aren’t your typical frat bros and are pretty chill. Good parties too but nothing that sticks out. Chi Phi one arm dj guy is chill but other than that nothing particularly interesting about them. Pikapp has the best frat dj I’ve heard (besides sig chi gzang). He plays banger after banger and knows how to get the girls moving. Don’t know much about them but the brothers I’ve talked to are laid back. A sig and Sig ep are the same to me, nothing that makes either one stick out. Theta Xi is super far and the brothers are kind of nerdy and not at all fratty. Really nice house, hard to believe they used to be a top house. Phi Tau is new as of last year and taking over TKE’s downtown house so don’t expect a high turnout at their parties. Surprised they won mr. axo but they apparently bought all their Instagram likes?
