Honestly bruh ur cooked every single top frat got kicked out the past couple years. From the ones left it’s
1. SNu - most well rounded brothers, good looking, smart, good parties, most rigorous rush process (interviews and shi)
2. Theta Chi - big party guys
3. TKE / Chi Phi - weird but on the come up

Everything else irrelevant

so many frats got kicked off that there is def room for frats to move up in the rankings but as of right now
1. snu- they’re egos have massively inflated now that sig chi got kicked off campus but they are your most typical “frat guys”, decent looking, throw pretty good parties but nothing crazy, good relations with sororities
2. theta chi- my personal fav ngl. funny guys. not as “fratty” but know how to have a good time, the guys i know in that frat all seem to be loving it
3. aepi- off campus so they aren’t able to do a lot of the things other frats can, and can’t exchange with other orgs, but being off campus means they don’t have to be as careful and are able to throw some good parties, also you don’t have to worry about the possibility of ending up on promo
those are the three that throw the most- some other frats that i could see moving up in the near future are fiji, a-sig, chi phi and tke but those are up for debate

a-sig is not moving up lol. fiji has potential but has to throw good parties in fall since they didn’t throw during spring. chi phi has potential but less than fiji and tke is already on the come up.
