Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 1.0 their members/girlfriends keep self-ranking saying they're "not top tier" while implying they will be soon while also implying they're currently mid tier, and making lists in discussions saying they're mid tier, but they're bottom tier and no amount of spamming greek rank will make them any less of a joke than TKE. Delta Chi, AEPi, Chi Phi, SAM, and Kappa Sig aren't mid tier either but at least they don't spam meaningless websites trying to pretend they have social standing.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.2 They were never the top house, they were top tier in the 80's 90's and early 2000's with SAE. Yes they are improving, but they've still got a year or two to go before they can be considered anything close to a top tier house again. For now they are a middle tier with poor greekwide respect.

I don't understand what the big deal is. I know a couple bros In the house ( I'm in sig Nu), and they are great guys. Never understood the hate on this site. having my house called an inspirational group of sorority is annoying but still kinda funny, but starting false rumors about another house is unacceptable. Show some respect for a fellow fraternity.
