Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.0 Still considered a top-tier house at Davis because of their solid relations with the top sororities, BUT they have basically disappeared lately. Barely involved, nonexistent (and weird) parties, and the brothers just aren't as cool anymore.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.6 The lower ratings are laughable, this is one of the two or three top houses, and I'm not in this house. They throw dope parties, and the house is filled with chill dudes.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.0 What happened to them? I feel pretty sad about where they are now because they used to be sick and throw poppin parties. Seems like the last few pledge classes have just been the douchebag part, minus the cool part that made them "fratty." i just they can turn things around before they completely disappear.
