Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.4 They are pretty chill dudes but I must say the best thing about them is their housing. Definitely throw the biggest parties considering they have three houses in a row in downtown. Also they never get rolled which makes it even better. Seems like they're becoming a lot more involved in campus too. Good job guys.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.4 These guys are definitely moving down....QUICK! Please recruit better looking guys, what's going on....? They definitely have no involvement what so ever on campus, and their parties are fun, but it's mostly freshies, once you hit upstairs, the real party happens, can be fun ;) but let's be real, these guys a douchey (some)think they are the wolfs of 1st street and call the cops on other parties! They definitely need to pull themselves up before they end up at the bottom of their downward spiral

It might be because oftheir huge property (a whole block of downtown) orthe fact that all their neighbors are businesses, but I've never seen a TX party get rolled by the cops. Cute guys too that are definitely alcoholic, but in a fun, friendly way. Definitely the animal house of Davis
