Top house, no debate. People who don't realize this just haven't met enough Sigma Nu's. Their parties are legit if you are fortunate enough to go to one. Never had a bad time there.

Middle house, anything else is a stretch. No fraternity relations, and sororities only like them because they are willing to throw money at their "competitions" ;. They're the try-hards nobody likes. Kind of like older Sigma Chi, maybe SNU will have their time, but not for a little while.

Too preppy plus their on campus (right next to cuarto). Has ANYONE ever been to a sig nu party? Recruitment is almost solely based off GPA. Brotherhood really lacking and all the upperclassmen are superficial.

A house thats seriously on the rise. Started up a few years ago and have came A LONG WAY sense then. Look for them to keep rising...they'll be at the top soon.

the new sigma chi. they reek of middle house syndrome (when a middle house tries really hard to be considered a top house). Dress overly fratty, think winning awards/having high gpa makes them cool, think having two freshmen aphis hang out with them makes them a top house. they have a handful of cool guys, who thankfully for them are active in the frat, but they have so many weridos who they hide in the back.
