Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 4.0 I went to phi delt a couple quarters ago but I barely stayed there because their party and social dynamic was so trash. It just seemed awkward and forced. So recently when one of much friends was trying to convince me to go to one of their open parties I wasn’t really about it but went with her anyway cuz we were bored. I can easily say, this time my experience was well beyond what I expected. Their house is amazing for raging parties and this time they utilized it well. the people I met all seemed well mannered and respectful. I’ve been at other “top tier” houses and had less fun compared to them. It seems like as time goes by more of these underrated frats are becoming the ones that are actually fun to be at. Keep it up guys!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 3.2 In general seem to be some well-intentioned dudes, a lot of them go hard for involvement and they won a community service thing recently. Have one of the nicest houses of any frat and chill individuals but as a group are struggling to shake some weirdness and goober vibes.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of California, Davis - UCD 2.9 A house of smart goobers. Have seen stronger brotherhood in other chapters but they're aight. Have a couple guys who are weird and make women feel uncomfortable but are the type of frat guys you'd wanna be sober friends with. I like all of them with the exception of like 3.
