Solid middle tier. Went to their Halloween party and I can say that they have a great house. Their music is also pretty lit. Some creepy brothers though, but all in all had an enjoyable experience.

Probably the weirdest bunch of dudes to have social events with. Try way too hard to be social and come off as being complete weirdos. Heard they hand out bids to anyone and it’s kinda obv based on who’ve I’ve interacted with at exchanges. But guess living next to yolo berry and downtown comes with its perks for philos.
