it's really sad to see comments like the one below. why is AST constantly getting bullied on this site? you're really going to call a group of girls "scum of the earth"??? they are a normal and nice group of girls like all the other sororities on campus. are u forgetting there are individuals in this sorority who come on here and have to read all of this hurtful stuff? not one mean thing is said about SSS or KKG so please stop and focus on spreading positivity. thank you.

AST is a group of confident women who unfortunately have a lot of rumors and misconceptions (as most sororities do). They are a close group of girls who are passionate about what they do and what they stand for. This website is toxic and untruthful. All the girls in sororities at Marist are friends with each other. KKG is full of the sweetest girls you will ever meet who are passionate about their sorority. SSS is a great diverse mix of girls who are incredible leaders and very involved. KLP is small but those girls all seem to be best friends and have a good time. Everyone loves their own sorority (as they should) and is happy to be in it. What gets spread on here is just hurtful and doesn't do anyone any good. Who even knows who is posting it, it could be people from outside of Greek Life. The bottom line is it has to stop and its nonsense. Greek unity will continue to grow and make improvements despite this website. Don't let these petty comments fool you or cause any drama. Lets all work to be better.

these girls are way more than just their fashionable clothes and good looks... each and every member takes the sorority so seriously and is focused on the strength of their sisterhood. along with SSS and KKG this is a great sorority to be a member of!

last year during the spring semester and it was right before recruitment they made all the girls come to an info session about each sorority. i was present at this because i was doing rush and didn't want to miss any info or be docked for not showing up to this but the girl presenting the info was so scary and intimidating and she was from AST. she made comments like, "you need to dress to impress us." "don't bother even showing up if you don't have expensive looking clothes." i didn't get a bid from any sorority but this experience has definitely turned me off from greek life and ast. i don't think i will be trying to rush again when the opportunity presents itself.

PNMS!!!! do NOT base your decision off of greek rank. it is very confusing with so many good comments, bad comments, and lies. each sorority is literally amazing with all their members loving their organization. talking to the members during recruitment will give you all of your answers and should truly be the only thing you base your decision off of. greek rank is toxic and causes stuff between organizations that wouldn't arise without it. trust me, you will love EVERY sorority at Marist so go check em out at recruitment!

Which girls are the nicest? Hottest? Most fun? Most real? The answers to all of these questions exist on GreekRank.com, but that doesn’t mean any of it is true. Every person has their own personal bias about each Greek chapter on campus. Often, you’ll find you hear the same stereotype. But just because you’ve heard it once or several times, doesn’t mean it’s true. Don’t buy into the rumors, and make your decision based on what you see and experience for yourself. The last thing you want is to end up in a sorority that doesn't fit your personality (and end up dropping out) because you chose the chapter you thought you were supposed to.
