Theta and pi phi are upper middle tier, theta might be slightly higher depending on who you talk to. Theta's more into smoking and pi phi's more into drinking.
DZ and chi o are lower middle tier but comparable. Both are generally boring and average but DZ is conservative and chi o is more athletic.

I think that yes DZ is better than Chi O but I think it's below piphi and theta. Theta and piphi are sororities frats like to hang out with while DZ is just kinda there.

Theta you have the same social calendar as piphi and dz. I don't get why you guys think you're better. Have the same hoco partners, the same socials/house parties/pres with the same frats. Get over yourselves. Everyone knows you guys are all catty and hate each other but don't spread that hate elsewhere, just keep it within.

As someone who knows and is ~not~ in theta, I can tell you for a fact that theta does have a better social calendar than either Pi Phi or DZ. I don't know why or how?? But it's true. Actually heard OX cut Pi Phi completely out of their social calendar. And DZ is having less and less socials with fraternities like OX/KA/etc than in the past. IMO the chapters and girls in theta/pi phi/dz are the same or like super similar so I'm really not sure why theta has a better calendar at this point but it's true. That being said, good fraternities aren't dying to have a social with theta, they're just kinda there.

DZ being paired less and less w/ theta chi and KA has less to do with them and more to do with them trying to social climb w/ the "top" sororities

Not a chance, they're more involved than you guys, have a better social calendar and better looking girls. Is chi o just rising bc you are one and feel that way bc there's no factual evidence.

r u kidding? not even in chi o and i know how involved they are. ZTA, ADPi, DZ, and Chi O all have heavy involvement. not to say other houses aren't, but these 4 are the involvement standouts

the above poster has it right. theta and pi phi are generally hotter. they also party more and with higher frats. xo and dz are just kinda there tbh
