time commitment

It depends on your willingness to put effort into the sorority. you get out what you put in. Like for me, I probably spend 3 hrs a day (at least, usually more) with my sisters at dinner, or getting ready for a social, w/e. It's a lot of fun, but honestly, as long as you pay your dues and meet the involvement quota which is not difficult to make you're fine. Joining my sorority was the greatest decision I have ever made because the friendship has brought me soo much joy.

Top tiers typically have very busy social schedules if you're worried about the amount of partying, but no one is going to force you to go.
