How strong of a preference are legacies typically given during recruitment? I am a KKG and ADPi legacy if anyone has more insight on those

My friend has a sister in ADPi and they dropped her after the second round...most houses have t take some legacies, but not all...so it really does not matter...and the rules change from year to year..my house had to take all legacies in FALL 2014, but we did not this past year
