Soo just got the email about spring rush! Do we just go to the houses we want and theyll give us a bid from there?!

Here is the way it works. You just go to each house and tell them you want a bid. Once they know you are interested and have made your decision they will give you a bid. Then you are a pledge for 6 weeks until initiated. its really a very simple process and without any stress.
