How much are the dues currently for gamma phi since they don't have a house and how much will it be after their house is finally built?

around 1000 plus shirts and activities that are optional. cheaper than other panhellenic sororities. when they get a chapter house they will go up but not by much since they budget for it.

They can say they budget for it all they want but SK has been saving for literal decades for a new house to not have it impact their dues. Their dues are going to skyrocket, just like DZs did.

Their dues won't go up, but they'll have housing fees added to what they pay when they get a house. While they don't have the chance to save like SK, if they keep good numbers it prob won't jump to more than double the amount they pay now. Well, that's if they build a big house like all the newer chapters or rebuilds. If they start small (but why would they) the mortgage could be tens of thousands less.

So you guys don't think the dues should go up like crazy amount once they build their house? I'm interested in them but I'm afraid to join while it's cheap and then it become way too expensive for me

I promise, if their dues do go up, it'll be gradual. So by the time your graduate, you might have paid a grand total of $100 more than whatever the current due are. Dont let that stop you from rushing

I meant like with the housing fees added to the dues, it wouldn't get like super expensive right? Cause I doubt it would only go up a 100$ when the house fee is included

Housing fees can be expensive, but some are one time only. When I was active, if you didn't live in the house you paid $750 your first semester and $250 or so every semester after that on top of dues. Some chapters are prob more, I do not think many could be much less than that but instead are around the same. I heard one chapter (who didn't have a new house, but didn't plan well for a reno project) had their housing fees jump to $1500 per person for a period of time. Idk if that was true, but that's the most I've ever heard for housing fees (if you don't live in house). So, best bet I only is to live in house as soon as possible!

Can anyone confirm WHEN they'll have a house? I'm interested, but if I join then partway through they build a house and double the cost of being a member idk if I would like it very much
