no one knows yet.. it's based on numbers which don't really mean anything. I know it seems stressful now, as I myself was a spring PNM, but they'll tell you before anything happens, I promise. :) good luck!

Making everyone participate would be insane. If a chapter has no space to tame women (per Panhellenic rules) making them spend money to participate is ridiculously stupid

Tha Panhellenic website doesn't have anything yet, so it's hard to say.
It usually follows the same path as fall: info session, then meeting the chapter's who are participating. Some parts have been at the reitz, others at chapter houses. GPhiB will prob be in the reitz since they don't have a space (that I'm aware of) to hold spring rec.
Dress to stay warm, if it ever gets cold, but still dress your best, too. I don't think there's shirts for you to have to match or anything like that for spring.
Also, it typically costs less to sign up, but that could always change depending on what Panhellenic decides to include as a part of spring.
As to chapters, that's super hard to say! I'm sure GPhiB is participating, since they are a new chapter. I could guess at others, but it seems to be very random the last few years!
