What would you say is the difference between ZTA, KD, ADPi, and Tri delt? These seem to be "top tier" so they are good but what makes them different from each other?

hey! Yes, these houses are "good"- but you know what other houses are equally as "good"? All of them!!!!!!!

ZTA: fun, party girls, S.Fl or city vibe, mix of brunettes/blondes. Probably half democrat, half republican
KD: more southern, more religious, more blonde, great house, mostly republican
ADPI- way more religious, very classy, polite, all Republican
DDD- wealthy, hot blondes, not overly religious, fun, not southern but not S.Fl either.

Very often girls rush and have completely different opinions and picks from what they originally thought and wanted.

these are most definitely the top houses here, however it should just be based on you which house you feel like you would fit in best at. ADPi is more religious, conservative, cool girls; ZTA is known for being a little fake; KD and Tridelt are similar: party girls, hot, good personalities
