This is super weird at this point. Posting "Tiers are not based on any verifiable authority!" under a dozen different names, and then giving yourself hearts and "yes! Exactly!" responses is creepy. Plenty of people in the Greek system disagree about the importance of rankings and tiers, or what factors would even go into evaluating chapters, but there are zero actual human beings in the Greek system going "gosh, I'm stunned tiers are not based on Panhellenic authority!"
If you're going to pretend to be a college student in the Greek system, much less multiple ones, learn how not to seem like a robot sent from another planet who is trying to learn how to assimilate.

Thanks for conceding that "tiers" are not recognized by any UF authority or Panhellenic authority, or any other authority for that matter, and are mere biased (very biased) online "posts" made up by sorority girls and frat boys in their dorm rooms. Posting them on the Internet doesn't make them real; it makes them posts. LOL.
