No. That affects nothing at all

how much will being a double legacy to a certain house help you get in it? or hurt you from gettin bids from other houses?

Double leg can help but it's not necessarily a guarentee. Also other houses will not know you are a legacy unless you tell them. I advise you not to mention it at any other houses.

Girls entering UF this year, remember that whatever house you end up at whether its top tier or not, you need to actually like who you're with so that spending the next four years in enjoyable

Hey PNM. To answer your question: No, of course not. Why would we waste our time with recruitment if we already knew who we liked? As a heads up, though, we DO oftentimes look at your facebook...so clean yours up pre-recruitment!
Also, recs are not required at UF, but they don't hurt. I'd say get recs for whichever houses you can, but don't go crazy trying to find one for every single house.
And finall, yes! Make sure that's on your sign-up for recruitment, and talk about it! We love intelligent women. In fact, I know many natmer finalists who rushed, and every SINGLE one of them got a bid...gotta be a correlation there!
