Been hearing a lot of nonsense about pike recently, are we actually buying it?

Pike used to be a big deal but something happened and they never recovered all the way. My dad told me when he was here Pike, ATO, Phi Delt, SAE and TEP were the top five.

Pike was traditionally one of the half dozen top houses here. They got knocked down somehow. Still don’t have the numbers or the quality yet. They have a good house, good location, good alumni.
