dz underrated??

why is dz not talked about more?? their recent PCs have been better than other mids and i see them around campus everywhere. seems like a diverse house that pairs with all the same frats as mid tiers who are always ranked higher like theta or chi o so what makes them lower?? genuinely curious

just not a memorable house imo, nothing very distinct about them (ex. chi o more christian, theta ny/soflo girls). just normal girls in a normal house
