seems to me from every rank ever posted and all the comments on them that the criteria for most top houses (with an exception or two) is sleaziness, meanness and lack of sisterhood...these seem to be all the comments you hear about them. where the lower houses you hear they are smart, nice and have a great sisterhood (also with a couple exceptions).

Ddd and theta are the same in rank. Move aoii down they aren’t top tier , frats like them for one reason only. Most of mid tier are the same >>>>>Chi omega all the way to phi mu in this rank are pretty much the = same. Sigma kappa is better now they could be a mid too. UF HAS SOME STRONG SORORITIES.

Probably bc Kappa is on two year probation for hazing. Phi MU has a better reputation in philanthropy, nice girls and great sisterhood
