i want to rush frat campus kicked off

i want to rush a frat that’s currently suspended i think but i’m not sure exactly how to do so? how does that work? (i won’t say the name of the frat but i think you guys can assume)

Not hard to figure out who the last rush president was and hit up their DMs. Why you would want to rush them though is beyond me. Their house always known as the most rancid on row
