what houses in the past have typically done spring rush? when do most houses know if they are going to be participating in spring rush?

Prob sigma kappa, gphi, aphi (they give out COBs all year round), kappa, axo, phi mu

pi phi does spring rush every other year or so. it’s not always open events tho, sometimes its invite only

also would add dz does spring rush every year. i think its because their dues are on the higher end
