Is it better for a frat to go unpaired or to go with a mid tier?

Pairing with a lower tier is better than none. There are hot girls in the mids. If you can’t pull girls you suck.

If you’re talking about pi kapp, it would have be better for them to go with a mid tier since they are literally mid themselves. It’s not like the top sororities are ever going to want them

tbh with how many frats/sororities there are, there’s always going to be a middle frat that gets left without a pair. and the one that usually gets left unpaired is the one that tries to court a top tier house and fails, while the other mid sororities get paired with mid frats who actually wanted them from the beginning.
