Should I Rush a frat?

Getting out of the Marine Corps soon. Considering UF to finish out undergrad. I’m 23. Would it be weird to rush considering my age?

You are to old and way more mature for the frat rats at UF. You are a man and the frat boys are little boys! You are the real deal. Thank you for your service. I would be honored to take you to one of my sorority socials.

You should rush. You are what fraternities need.....strong leadership, well disciplined and organized. God knows most of the fraternities at UF are lacking these qualities.

tbh i think 23 is too old to rush. remember that your pledge class is going to be mostly 18 yr old freshmen, and that you’ll be socializing mostly with 18 yr old sorority girls. you have 5 years of maturity on them and it’ll be creepy. Not to mention the fact that you’ll be older than 98% of whatever fraternity you join….

I think you should definitely get out there and rush and meet guys in houses and then make up your own damn mind!
