I know many people who love their bottom tier house and they have a great college experience which is so much better than being a GDI

We had to do something. RFM completely changed the rush process for the lower tiers, it grew the membership tremendously and is thus beneficial to Greek life in general. No one wanted to be in a house with 20 members in the old days

Lots of people will only gets bids to the bottom tiers only. I rushed my freshman year and only got a bid to Kappa. I did not take the bid. I rushed again my sophomore year only got to phi mu. I did not take the bid. I rushed my junior year and got a bid to my dream
Middle tier house I wanted all along. Do not give up. If you do not like a house do not take the bid.

Tiers don't mean anything after you find your home. If you find your people and are truly happy you won't give the rankings a second thought. The only people who obsess over rankings obviously care too much what others think because they are not truly happy. All srats at UF have fun and tons of social life no matter their ranking. So embrace the connections you have made and if you feel it, go for it no matter the tier.

It’s a heck of a lot better than the old system where the lower tiers had 20 people as most PNMs cropped out if they didn’t get top. Even the middle tiers had a lot less members. It promoted more equity and made the middle and lower tiers larger and better.

If you want to go back to the old system, just say so

I did not like any of the bottom tier houses. Please do not tell me that I have to a bid from a bottom tier house.
