Theta isn’t top

Yes theta is a good sorority and they had a good pc 20 but DG and aopi and bottom of the top, theta is not. Are the top of the mid tier and there’s a pretty big difference between the socials/tailgates/hoco pairs they have and the ones aopi and DG have.

Yeah they’ve def been doing good in last year but not enough to be top.

The difference between the three is dg and Aopi consistently associate with top frats and theta does not. Doesnt mean that theta didnt get a good pc 20, they just aren’t top tier
