They’re known as like the chill down to earth top tier which is why they’re bottom of the top. Lots of frats like them over Zta/DDD and other sororities like that bc they’re more fun/ chill to hang out with. They’re def top.

They’ve gotten some really good pledge classes and some not so good ones in the last couple of years. Nothing bad enough to knock them off top tier.

it’s not a vendetta it’s just Theta self ranking into top tier after getting their first good pc in 3 years…. everyone on campus knows Aopi > theta for the most part…
