Delt is pretty solidly above KA now. Way more brothers and girls like them better.
KA is hurting for numbers and got burned by multiple srats this year and had to settle for AXO. Def falling.
Chi phi is possibly the worst frat with a house right now after they lost 90% of their brothers because of suspension.
ZBT is bottom now but could claw themselves up to mid tier with a new house. Unlikely tho since TEP is back.
Sig Ep has been rising for years and is gonna keep going up. Not really a debate anymore.
Lambda Chi hasnt really fallen or risen for a while. Looks like theyre hurting for numbers but they also got Phi Mu which is a pretty good pair for them.
Phi tau got burned and wont have homecoming which automatically means theyre falling. They have good relations with Kappa but kkg is falling pretty hard and they cant do anything with sororities better than that.
Delta sig rose for a while but wont have a house for a long time and cant seem to establish srat relations above gphi. Falling.
