Used to be ZTA but not as much anymore
Tri Delt for sure... blonde Barbies
ADPI and KD do have some beautiful girls but they are more well rounded in their selection process

tbh ZTA used to be the #1 who basically only bidder hot girls but they seem to be kinda moving away from that, DDD does too and so do the other top tiers but they’re a little more well rounded and go for personality

KD and moreover ADPI do recruit some gorgeous girls and it does matter to them but not as much as DDD. ZTA has gone for more edgy girls and last couple of PCs were less looks oriented than before.

honestly everything Truth said. DDD is way more focused on bidding hotter girls than ZTA now. my zta friend posted a pic of their pledge class on their bid day bus and i was soo surprised. honestly looks more like a DG or AOII pledge class and they’ve been taking a lot more edgy soflo girls, and there’s nothing wrong with that!

After reading the judging of Pace girls from the previous post, I guess it is in your favor making top tier not having the best looks as long as you aren't Pace. Some pretty wicked girls out there. Yikes.
