Since they haven’t colonized Yet, this was probably a move by their nationals so that they could say they have a homecoming pair during rush. This will probably hurt them in the long run though since alpha phi isn’t very good.

Pi phi would never pair with a frat that’s hasn’t even actually colonized yet. The new tep will be more like the current ZBT than the old tep, they’ll just have a house.

lol pi phi and tep were paired in 2017 when tep got kicked off!!! so i wouldn’t says it’s unlikely. also i wouldn’t compare tep to zbt at allll, bc all of zbt’s old cool guys who stayed on campus went pilam and their suspension was longer than tep’s. tep’s youngest pledge class is still here and ik teps and can tell you they’re definitely going to have better footing than zbt!

There’s no way UF will allow people that were part of old tep to join the new tep. That may also be true for everyone that was a part of underground tep. So they’ll end up like any other colony.
