Why is SAE still top
by: CuriousWhy does every rank still have SAE as top? I think both Pike and OX are better than them, and think they’re closer to KA/Delt/PiKapp at this point. Just wondering how and why you still think they’re top tier

they have the first house ever built on this campus so they ride that legacy pretty hard, good tailgates but otherwise they are only “top” because they pair with sororities that are top more often than ka delt and pikapp, but like pike, i see sae and pike dropping to mid and 2 of the 3 you named (either ka det or pikapp) to slip into the top tier hoco rotation in the next few years.
