New frats next year

Apparently Tep is returning this fall and delta chi is eligible to return this fall ( idk if they’re recolonizing though). It’ll be interesting to see how more frats will fit in/ compete considering how there’s already a lot more frats than sororities. I’m also curious to see how Agr and delta sig will handle losing their current houses in the next year or so due to said returning frats.

you realize this isn’t really an expansion like everyone who was here 2016/2017 was on campus when all those frats were here. i’m sure tep will pull from the same pool that pilam and pilam do, and they’ll be ok w whatever probably. deeph and aopi love them
