I get people saying theta isn’t top tier but they’re 100% better than pi phi. They’re way hotter, get great pairings and still have a good chapter gpa. Like what makes pi phi so good??

theta has a face team of like 15 hot trendy girls and had a decent pc this year, but people still remember their scandals. ik plenty of nice girls there but they do get ignored. pi phi is not as hot but their girls are much nicer and funnier. i’d say most sororities like Pi phi but theta ... not so much unless ur a frat
