Why Zeta and ADPi are higher than others?
by: PNMI’m planning on rushing when I get to UF. What makes Zeta and ADPi be ranked higher than the other top tier sororities? (I probably won’t get a bid from either but I’m just curious.)

Because they have the Top of the Top PNM’s. Adpi’s are beautiful, Smart ( usually stems) genuine , very out going and involved on campus
Zta- hot, HC queens, trendy, involved girls on campus.
Both cross rush each other. Different vibes but both awesome houses. Contrary to what you hear the houses get along great and lots of friends between the girls. This sight is toxic and it is lie they dislike each other. Actually you will see all the houses here get along,

Only houses that are insecure feel the need to put other houses down to feel better about themselves. I was asking what distinguishes ADPi and ZTA from the others, not which is better. Both are very popular with PNMs and there’s no need to put one down. It is disheartening to see ADPi trying to establish themselves as superior. Each PC is only 80 girls and I can assure you that there will be more than 80 PNMs who are stellar people and many of them will not be ADPi

They are popular during rush because they are great at recruiting and they look very shiny from the outside. But I think you will be surprised how popular the low top/middle sororities like dg, aopi, pi phi, and dz are. I think PNMs feel comfortable in houses that aren't super top tier and sometimes have better conversations, so they like that and also they know being middle tier is solid so they don't have to worry about being judged for their "tier" (which unfortunately turns a lot of girls away from the "bottom" houses)

ZTA are low in all TOR Score categories. The only thing they do well is spread the V.
