Chi O is well above DZ!

A tad bit better than Pi Phi for sure overall - in looks, involvement, sisterhood, philanthropy, house, house location, frat relations, homecoming pairs, sisterhood - Pi Phi is just a bit more edgy/trendy then Chi O.

Chi O not the same vibe as Theta - very different girls in each house - but dependent on what kind of girl you are or what kinda girl you like - the same
