which frats are open to/ generally take the most spring members? is there a quota on members, and is there an age limit to rush?

Every fraternity participates in Spring recruitment. Last spring the numbers ranged from a low of 3 to a high of 25 new members. A mandatory recruitment orientation will be held on January 11, 2020 at 9 am in the Grand Ball Room of the Reitz Union. Go to IFC website and select recruitment tab to register.
