rushing a low tier house
by: HelpSo I’m thinking about doing spring recruitment and I’ve been interested in a house that is fairly new on campus. When I logged on here it said they’re ranking is bottom but I had no idea. The girls are cute and nice but I just want to know what makes a house “bottom tier”? Idk much about Greek life which is why Im not sure if it’s a good idea or not

If the house is new that’s why it’s bottom. Respect isn’t necessarily given to the new houses, but that doesn’t mean that anything is particularly wrong with them. Alpha phi, gamma phi, and dz are the newest houses and they are like any sorority in the sense that some are beautiful and nice and others aren’t either. Go where your heart wants. A lot of people like “bottom” houses because there isn’t as much pressure to be better than others! Good luck.

Bottom tier houses are real houses just like the top. Nice girls, fake girls, some fuglies and some stunners. They have the same issues like the top.
