how is being transgendered handled?

If you are transgendered are you allowed to rush a sorority or frat as the gender you transitioned to? What are the rules in pan and ifc?

im transgender and was very welcomed into the rushing process! i understand the concern as i went through the same but it all matters on where you go. my beta theta pi brothers made the experience nothing but a joy! good luck, stop by the house sometime

Ik this is probably a troll but I’m gonna answer it like it’s serious cause someone might actually care to know. A large number of panhel sororities established that transgender women can rush. Additionally, if an org turns you away solely for being trans that’s discrimination and could get the chapter in trouble. I’m not saying rushing while trans will be easy or guaranteeing you’ll get in anywhere but you are able to.
