KD is not Top of Top
ZTA and ADPI are top of top - they have the majority of the best looking members - pretty superficial - but they are involved. ADPI is classy and faith based.
Tri Delt is rising and KD is falling.
DG is stagnant and AOPi is falling.
Top of Middle is Pi Phi XO and Theta
Pi Phi has a unique Vibe and a mix of looks on members. XO is rising - they are involved - have a majority of super cute classy girls with at least a third of the members considered good looking or hot - however this house is not as superficial as the Top - Nor is Pi Phi - Both houses are full of genuine members / just different vibes / XO has more members of “faith” . Pi Phi has a disadvantage with house location. Neither has is rising to Bottom of Top - nor is Theta.
Theta is unique all on their on - and could be considered stagnant or falling dependent on their behavior.
DZ is solid middle tier - involved - cute girls - not has many lookers as XO. A Little catty. Deeph is as good as DZ - solid Middle - could rise to top of middle if they change their behavior. AXO is rising and can be considered bottom of middle. But are not on same level as DZ or Deeph.
Bottom looks good - great sororities - genuine girls - just a mix on looks.
Pretty superficial overall - but it’s Greek Life.
