I really like phi mu i think they’re very friendly sweet girls but i will tell you that many girls in my rush group were upset and many dropped when they had only phi mu (and other bottom houses like gamma and sk) left, but the ones who got bids really ended up liking it! So no, still top of bottom if many girls would rather drop recruitment than get a bid :/
