how difficult?????

It is extremely difficult to get in the top sororities. Bama is a different breed all together but it is still very hard to get a bid here from KD ZTA ADPi if you aren't connected. If you are OOS and don't know people then set your sights on the mid tiers.

You can absolutely get in a top house here if you aren’t connected unlike BAMA so there are top pnms here that wouldn’t be top at BAMA without connections and some of the well connected PNMs at BAMA wouldn’t get in top tier here.

from what i’ve seen out of the top six, generally the “true top” have a majority of florida girls and dg and ao ii have more out of state

Don’t worry you do not need connections. I had at least one friend in every “top” house and ended up getting a bid from a top house that I had no connections to. When you’re going through rush it will be obvious to the chapter women where you would fit in best. Just be yourself!
